Terms of Service
The commissioner is aware at the very start that the delivered products are strictly digital files only (PNGs or JPGs and a PSD file).
By default, commission orders are for non-commercial/private usage only unless stated otherwise by the commissioner. All commissions is not to be used anything AI, NFT or anything cryptocurrency related. Nor can the commission be resold or used for merchandising purposes especially if they are categorized as for private individual usage only.
Commercial-related commissions are subjected to an x2 rate commercial fee. All rights will be transferred to the commissioner for their usage once payments have been made. I, the artist, only retain the rights to showcase it in low resolution for portfolio and when advertising my services for commissions. Please immediately inform me if your commissions is in this category so we can discuss it.
VTuber-related commissions are considered for commercial use to promote the brand (which is the Vtuber itself as a whole), especially if the person ordering the commission is the Vtuber themselves. I encourage that you talk to me about it so we can iron out something and/or if you have questions you need clarifications.
I have the right to feature finished works in my portfolio and/or use them as samples for future commissions (art will be displayed with a watermark and in low resolution with grid markings) unless stated otherwise by commissioners. Please discuss the privacy of the commissioned work if necessary.
Possession and use of drafts from canceled and unpaid commissions will result in a temporary ban.
You shall keep your designated Google Drive folder link a secret. In the case that you are sharing it with another person as you are both co-paying and sharing the commission please give me notice so I can adjust to service both of you to the best of my abilities.
Finished commissions will be placed in the client's designated Google Drive folder. Files will only be available for a maximum of (2) weeks and will be deleted afterward. Commissioners are advised to get the files the soonest as they can.
If you wish for me to post/share your commissions in my social media accounts, please do tell me as I normally do not showcase finished commission pieces unless for when I am advertising my services.
In the event that you lose your files for your commission, please send me a screenshot of the commission details you sent to my email and the paid invoice of said commission to verify your claim for the files. I will reupload the files for you upon clearing and verifying you.
Guidelines
I have the right to decline your commission if I think I am unable to make it.
Commission services is not a first come, first serve basis, it is dependent on if I accept your commission immediately after reviewing it and your position on the waitlist. Once your order is approved and queued in the waitlist, please wait for me to contact you again when I can start on your commission.
You can commission for multiple illustrations, just be sure to give appropriate details for them, especially if they are different from one another. Just fill up another commission form, or appropriately label them in your instructions. (Payment for multiple commission orders is all paid upfront when all drafts are reviewed and approved by the client. In the event that one of the multiple commission order is slated for a specific date of release, please indicate it.)
As much as possible I do not accept rush commissions that do not have a breathable working time of (1) month before final submission, but I will consider taking commissions with at 3 weeks working time (but it depends on complexity of the order).
If you wish to be prioritized first, your commission will be given a 10% increase rush fee to skip through the queue list.
Please prepare reference images, documents, or details for your commissions to make it faster and easier for me to work on your commissions. Strictly keep them as image files, PDFs or accessible through Google Drive folders. .zip, .rar and any other extractable or executable files will be rejected as precaution.
If you want me to design outfits for your OCs or a series/game character, please be advised that I do charge a fee for designing outfits. Please provide references and details of what elements you want with the outfits. It would be easier and quicker for me if you breakdown the features you envision about the outfit.
Please give (1) month to (3) months to complete your commission. Commissions finished early will be sent the soonest it is completed.
Minor corrections constitutes as just simple adjustments like nudging parts around or little changes that does not stray from the overall draft. Major corrections however are drastic pose changes, an overall redo of a complicated and detailed patterns, a whole change of character/clothing drawn, and the like.
I can/will entertain (2) minor corrections for Chibi and Type A commissions and (4) minor corrections for Type B and B-II commissions during the drafting and clean-up phase. Any major corrections that goes beyond the agreed-upon draft will be charged a fee of $5 to $20 per major correction (depending on complexity) during the lineart/coloring phase.
Progress reports on your commission are given weekly. In the case that I cannot send one in a week, the next report will be sent the earliest I can the next week. I will be following this pattern of email reports through the duration that your commission is actively in progress.
I also mandatorily provide Google Drive folders for the clients to be able to view drafts and progresses made on their commissions. I regularly update and add progress in this folder when I cannot send email reports so feel free to check the Google Drive link provided for said progress images.
In the case that you do want to hear an update on the status of your commission from me, please send an inquiry message to my e-mail ([email protected]).
Let's keep a respectable and cordial interaction during the duration of your commission. If you have any problems or questions and concerns, let's patiently talk about it and iron out all the details. If I misunderstood some instructions, please tell me as I may misunderstand reading the instructions. English is not my native language so there will be times I might ask for clarification or prompt you to confirm if my understanding is correct.
Both parties can/shall politely agree to terminate the ordered commission if ever we come to the point that we do not agree on a middle ground.
Payments
After the approval of the sketch by the client, I will require the full payment of the commission upfront before proceeding.
Payments can be made through Paypal, or Ko-fi in USD/$. For both Paypal and Ko-fi, I will be sending an invoice to you instead. Please provide the right email address for billing for Paypal.
Refund / Cancellation
No refunds will be entertained during and after the lineart phase for Chibi Illustration and Type A commissions.
For canceling commissions already paid for Type B and B-II commissions, I can only entertain a 50% refund of the amount paid in full for Type B and B-II.
Charging back payments will result in an instant block and blacklist from future commission slots.

Commission Process
Here's a simple transparent explanation of how my workflow is so you know the steps that happens through the progression of the commission you've ordered.
I receive review and accept commissions. I usually ask for further details if I need clarifications or more information.
I make the rough drafts based on the details the commissioner provides.
I send the drafts to the commissioner for review and approval.
After approval, I compute and give them a breakdown of the pricing of their commission. When I get approval to send them invoice/details for payment, I send the invoice to their preferred payment system.
After receiving the payment, I have a revision stages for Chibi, Type B and Type B-II related commissions by making a cleaner draft before I clean them up.
I will then proceed to do the clean up (lineart/color) phase after making revisions and corrections.
I continue with the clean up phase. I send progress reports and email for questions or clarifications for needed details to the commissioner whenever needed.
I regularly update the progress image I have in the Google Drive folder dedicated to the commissioner in the events that I am unable to message reports.
When I finish the commission, I send them an email to review the final output by checking the image/s in the Google Drive folder. I ask them whether they want to make revisions or adjustment.
If the commissioner is satisfied and no more revisions or adjustments are needed to be made, I finalize the transaction by uploading the PSD file into the designated Google Drive folder to finalize the transaction.
The transaction is completed when all the files are submitted and received.
